ATLUS has just released a new trailer for Game of Thrones that shows the township of Castlewood, the prosperous seat of House Harlton. Plus eight screenshots. The RPG from Cyanide Studio will hit store shelves on May 15.
Yeah it's like that Lord of the Rigns shit. The movies are super awesome, then they have to release crappy books, and games and shit. Silmarillion my ass, the oriinal movies s where it's at, source material brah!
Will there be the usual sprinkling of spit roastings, midget sex and incest in there? If not, then that's not very representative of the book and the show, is it? Could be controversial.
Heh finished watching the show last night, not sure how it could turn out as a game atlus are more known to me to releasing average games with a lot of personality and awsome moments to the point of where I love them.....or awsome DS games. Awsome show, doubt I'll read the book not my kind of hobby the game.....well not the most awsome of showings.

Yeah i saw what you wrote, i just don't agree that their games are average. Sure, not everything they make is pure gold, but a lot of the games they publish/make are genuinely awesome games. I mean, how could you call Persona 4 average? Or just recently i started playing Catherine, how is that average? It's great! :)
Obviously that doesn't mean that they are going to do a good job with this, i just think that Atlus is a damn good publisher/developer in general.
Moroboshi; not as it stands right now, but it sure would be interesting to see someone trying to incorporate stuff that is present in other media in to games. I for one don't see why sex is so taboo when it comes to games. Sure right now we have either forced bullshit a'la David Cage in Farenheit/Heavy Rain on one end and Battle Raper at the other, but i don't see why you couldn't work it in to a game narrative. People just need to take games as a storytelling device more seriously i think.

look at the guy face when he talks, there isnt any motion, looks like a dead body is talking
The books are full of masses of dialogue, history, and sex. Not exactly prime material for gaming.
