I'm more into metal/hard rock/prog rock, but this stuff has been playing on my ipod pretty much daily. It's a Canadian indie band called Mother Mother. I simply find it infectious in the best possible way(though the videos aren't all that great).

I think mostly is a bit of an overstatement. I count like three or four of us, and it's hardly the only thing I listen to. I like pretty much any variety of good rock music, from the classics to the current crop. And hip-hop and trip-hop and some other stuff. The "indie" scene is mostly garbage though. Unless you count stuff like Rasputina, which is awesome, but that's more goth/cello rock...

Castlevania 2 has the ebst music imo, love that sound track :) Never liked the sound the songs have in Rondo of Blood, they just sound so...i don't know, 80's. Nothig wrong with the songs themselves, they could just have gone a bit easier on the reverb on the drums and maybe tried to avoid the early 90's synthesizer sound a wee bit :P

They need a new composer that can make more memoriable tracks other than Main Them/Nate 2.0.
That or he should listen to better OSTs for insperation, Indiana Jones are the obvious sources for good action/adventure music.

The only track that I can listen to as a standalone track and is memoriable is definitely NAte 2.0/Main Theme, the other ones are good when you play the game.
