After 130 hours on Elden Ring, we still haven't completed the game but we've seen a good amount of atrocities. Melania was one of them and clearly this fight was tough. Despite our fully upgraded weapons and efficient armor, it took us a bit of time to beat her after summoning our favorite spirit. Now one of the reasons we may have succeeded is that Malenia did not launch her incredibly powerful fury on us when we recorded the following footage. The shield we were using was supposed to block it, but it definitely helped. Needless to say we needed a short break after getting rid of her so we went for a long stroll in From Software's game and we took this opportunity to capture a nice and peaceful video for a change. Provided you don't mind seeing some of the many locations within the game (some being very well-hidden), we hope you can find the time to watch, especially since new releases have become so scarce these days.
Elden Ring has been out for a month now and aside from all the praises the game deserves, many journalists failed to mention the performance issues that plague all possible versions of the game. In the following video, we're trying to show you how From Software's latest diamond in the rough performs on Playstation 5 in its two graphics modes and when running the PS4 app via backward compatibility. Unsurprising, the only version we can enjoy is the latter, even though framerate doesn't remain perfectly steady either when you get past the castle and reach certain areas.
Elden Ring will launch on February 25, 2022 on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC. The game offers a free upgrade to PS5 for players who purchase the PS4 version and supports Smart Delivery for Xbox, allowing players to play on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S with one purchase. Here is the launch trailer.
The release of Elden Ring is approaching, and this new trailer tells us more about the game. As a reminder, FromSoftware's new title will be released on February 25 on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and PC.
Elden Ring is clearly one of the most awaited titles of early 2022 si it is no wonder we were offered a new trailer for the Game Awards ceremony which took place yesterday. Sadly, all we could get you is once again a YouTube version. Not that it will make up for it but we've added a few images as well.
Update: HQ downloadable trailer added.
The network test for Elden Ring is almost over now (there is one session left between 4 am and 7 am CET on November 15) but we have one more video of the Xbox Series X version in store for you guys. We haven't been able to record all the massive content that was available in the beta but you're going to see a bit more than last time, starting with Torrent the horse!
The Elden Ring technical test started but because it is limited to certain days and times we have only been able to scratch the surface. The following video only shows the very beginning and clearly we had no idea what to do or here to go. Hopefully, you'll enjoy the footage anyway!
