BUT
12th big announcement coming.
I expect skins and maybe a game mode. The recent comic seems to hint at some sort of rescue mode maybe? Hostages? I dunno
Not that I've been playing much. I sat out most of Season 3 and now 4. I'll probably get back to it a bit more but I don't know if it will regain it's status as my go-to shooter. That's been Rainbow Six lately.

That Widowmaker skin is nice.
Still today? And they haven't released an English trailer?
But yeah I don't really care for her either. Derivative yeah.
She was talked about as an anchor tank alternative by Jeff, but she doesn't feel that way. I've seen players mention her as a DPS tank which I sort of agree with
I don't like her physical design either though. Some legendary skins are kinda cool I suppose.
So instead we just get this character with a smattering of abilities but doesn't exceed in any sort of direction.

i7-4770k @ 4.2Ghz, GTX 1080ti, 16GB DDR3 2400, Acer Predator 27" 1440p 144hz
Lots of rumors Terry Crews voices him too
Summer Gamez boyzzzzzzzzz
And yea 144hz+gsync is the way to play.
'Valkyrie' is taking the place of her team rez ult. So she'll fly freely and deal more damage/heal. Plus her alt ability now is single rez's. Hopefully they get the cool down right
Dva is getting an offensive change too. New mini missles and less defense matrix
I don't really want them to change D.Va again, but Lucio is more fun to play than he's ever been after his previous "nerf" (which wasn't really a nerf). This is the same kind of scenario. I just hope she can still eat a death blossom.
It makes you wonder what the hell they possibly took from that MMO which came before OW they say
What's everyone think of Moira??
I'm not as crazy about these characters when they're mashing already existing abilities together
Like I still don't really care for Orisa still, even though she's certainly a GOOD character in-game
I don't think Moira is really much of a mash-up at all. Her primary attack is Symmetra-like (which I hate, btw), but that's a weapon attribute and I think there's plenty of room for those to overlap. How many hitscan and projectile characters are there? I hate the lock-on weapons, but it's just a tiny aspect of her kit. What else about Moira is like any other character?
FWIW.. I flat out don't like playing her, but I think she's an interesting character. But I play a lot of support, and she's not going to replace my Lucio or Zen (or Ana) play, and until Mercy is nerfed I don't think anyone is replacing her. She's probably my least favorite support character but things could change. I love most of the healers already, but tbh I'm a little disappointed simply because I really want more of a combat medic. I want a medic with hitscan and defibrillators or something. I think there should be a second revive option.
And we won't see another support hero for a long time now. But oh well. Nerf Mercy.
I also wish they had done something more creative than an Iron Man beam for her ult too.
Like make it a gas or something so she's toxic/poison. The beam is confusing.
Could have been jetpack cat https://kotaku.com/here-is-concept-art-of-legendar...
I like the "nerf" to Mercy. She's more of a pest now
I think it's a unique support kit. I just like other support heroes more.
Mercy 2.0 wasn't a nerf at all.
Also I didn't know there was another one in the PTR?
The full team revives was a nerf to me. She's more involved and around combat in general now which is nice

And I'm saying that while not being a big fan of that style of weapon in the first place. I would be happy to limit the lock-on stuff to Symmetra and Winston. I just think.. FPS games should require you to aim.
Mercy 2.0 was definitely not a nerf. Her new revive mechanic is much better than the team revive and she's a more crucial pick now than she's ever been. She was basically a benchwarmer last season, and you basically can't win without her now. A good Mercy can get dozens of revives off in a round right now. And her ultimate allows her to get off multiple revives and heal the whole team.
Mercy in PTR is getting a revive nerf. She no longer instantly revives (takes 1.75 seconds now) her move speed is drastically lower while reviving, and she can be stunned out of it. Thank goodness.
